Purpose
WorthIt Nature & Forest Therapy Connections hopes to spread health and well-being awareness to the people of central Maine so that our children get back to learning about and loving the natural world.

To be a trusted, safe, trauma-informed provider of wellness and nature immersion experiences for adults and children.
Mission
To inspire individuals to connect with, care for, and protect our planet by offering guided forest bathing experiences on public and private land that can be added to any digital detox or self-care routine.

We will positively impact nature-immersive-wellness activities and learning in the Kennebec River Valley area.
Future Plans
WorthIt NFTC is using a 3 pronged approach to impacting the future of the present and future wellness of the land and people of central Maine.
Prong 1 Community: WorthIt NFTC hopes to gain a fiscal sponsor to be considered a social enterprise to prove our commitment to the local community. Constance will become a certified ANFT Trail Consultant so that we can offer the ability to create guided forest therapy trails to local land management organizations.
Prong 2 Private Wellness: WorthIt NFTC will find a base of operations and become a rewilded parcel of land to create a wellness destination. Groups and individuals will be able to visit the property and add a guided experience if they choose.
Prong 3 Children: WorthIt NFTC will find a base of operations and become a rewilded parcel of land and earn the title of Maine Master Naturalist. With this knowledge, Constance will create a forest kinder day camp for 4-6 year-olds. This space will also be a place that parents can visit to learn how to aid in positive outdoor play and exploration for their families.
